Paul is a post graduate in international copyright law from the University of London. As legal counsel and investigative manager of Intel Corporation based in Hong Kong he dealt with IP enforcement in the Far East. He was General Counsel of the Federation of Software Theft in London. He has presented for the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Sri Lanka. He has addressed audiences on copyright in various countries including Tokyo, Hong Kong. London, Manila, Amsterdam, Brussels. He is author of Easy IP.
