Kris McCue, FAIM, is Managing Director of Stones Throw. For over 15 years Kris has worked across the private, public and community sectors in the areas of management, business and workforce development, labour market intervention, economic development, strategy and policy and stakeholder engagement and has qualifications in commerce and management.

Kris has held executive and board positions with private sector and not for profit organisations successfully developing and leading change management and business development and growth strategies. He held senior roles in the public sector in employment and Vocational Education and Training (VET) strategy, policy, regulation and investment in urban, regional and remote area contexts. Kris has successfully delivered consultancy projects for businesses, community organisations and all levels of government with a focus on community development, labour market intervention, economic development, human resources and workforce development projects and initiatives

Brendan is a member of Garland Waddington solicitors and has been part of the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) business community since 1992. Being a husband and the father of three children, Brendan is passionate about maintaining what we already have and establishing the future for the Sunshine Coast, so that families and businesses like his can prosper in our community. His passion has seen Brendan involved in many local organisations (including TAFE and the University of the Sunshine Coast) and supporting many not for profit organisations, like the Chamber.

Scott joined the Maroochy Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2017 and since 2012 has been the Small Business Advisor and Senior Bookkeeper at All Sorted Business Services. He has 25 years of IT/Accounting and Management experience, along with board-level experience with various businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Scott is passionate about helping small businesses improve their efficiency, sustainability and profitability. He lives for the day when more Sunshine Coast micro and small businesses are thriving in the global marketplace.


He has an MBA (Finance) and studied a Bachelor of Business (IT). He has a Diploma of Financial Planning as well as other qualifications. Scott is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board and sits on the Advisory Board of the Australian Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

My name is Corrie Attneave and my role at Secure Access IT is a Business Account Manager. I am a self-motivated, results-driven Business Account Manager with a passion for providing exceptional IT services. My dynamic and proactive dispositions are directed towards providing the best effort, whilst promoting and upholding high standards. I have been employed with Secure Access IT for the past 7 years and the journey has been very rewarding. Secure Access IT has been providing high quality IT solutions and support to Sunshine Coast Businesses and schools for over a decade and next year will be the 20-year anniversary of the company

Reason for nomination

I am currently the Vice President of the 4556 Chamber of commerce. In the last 12 moths it has been a real growth experience in working with the chamber and supporting the local businesses within our area.I believe that this year it made more sense to me to apply for the Maroochydore chamber as Secure Access is within the Maroochydore catchment and I wanted to link my business skills and knowledge to benefit the Maroochydore chamber. I believe I will bring a fresh, bold and results driven approach to the chamber

Peppi has over 20 years experience as a communications and marketing professional working on projects ranging from large master planned communities and infrastructure projects through to SMEs and not for profit groups.

Peppi moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2001 working for Lensworth on the Kawana Waters master plan development as the communications and marketing manager. In November 2011 Peppi became the Director of Queensland Advertising and Public Relations servicing a broad range of clients including Reed Property Group’s Big Top redevelopment, Aussie World, Aspley Hornets AFL club, Big Kart Track, Parklakes 2 residential development, Vantage Homes and numerous other property developers.

Most of my career has been spent in the Hospitality and Food Industry, my experiences have been varied from Convention Operations to five star hotel & resorts in Australia and Overseas. My current role as Community and Wellbeing Manager at Suncare Community Services allows me to develop long term, innovative solutions. For a sector where meals are provided to residents of the local community by volunteers and staff, additionally expanding the current offerings of the Maroochydore Community Centre Hall and Day Respite.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work at Suncare, as I am able to assist the local community and bring together two of my passions – food and community. I am also a proud Rotarian, being an active member of the Nambour Rotary Club.

I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge and collaborating with the many diverse businesses of the Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce.

I have worked in the golf industry for 12 years and prior to that have been the General Manager or Operations Manager role in the manufacturing industry. I am soon to finish a Business Degree through the PGA of Australia and I have been a members of the Chamber of Commerce since 2003 and I am extremely passionate about business to business connections.

During that time I was a committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (Qld branch), an organisation that promotes and advocates for social justice and civil liberties.

I graduated from a Bachelor of Marketing and Communications from the University of South Australia and completed my degree in Colorado, USA, at Colorado State University. I moved back to Australia in 2013 to take on an internship at Google in Sydney. Upon completing my 3-month internship I took on a junior role at a global media intelligence company, Meltwater in Brisbane. In 2 years I worked my way up from Sales Consultant to Sales Manager to Managing Director of the Brisbane office. I moved to the Sunshine Coast at the end of 2015 for love, whom I married only a month ago in beautiful Noosa. For the past 3 years I have made my mark at Crick Auto Group and worked on bringing this automotive company into the digital age. I was tasked with revolutionising their advertising strategy as well increasing their accountability and conversion ratios on leads, while also managing a wholistic advertising strategy.

Having recently sold down my shares of the Hospitality Group, I now own and operate Junk Maroochydore in Ocean Street of which I was the Co-Founder in 2014

Meagan joined the Maroochy Chamber Executive Team in 2018 and brings with her an extensive network locally and globally.  Her career has been driven by her passion to help people across Sales, Marketing and HR within industries such as sport, tourism, insurance, creative services and more.


She moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2012 with her role as Sales & Marketing Director for Aussie World and has entrenched a valued network within the region.  These days, Meagan’s passion is towards her role as Executive Manager at The Hive Business Space @ Kon-Tiki, which is the proud home of the Maroochy Chamber.  Collaboration, coaching and communication are her passion and the community within The Hive is her ultimate career chapter yet.
